Movie casting calls tend to have throng of hopefuls at them. This is because everyone wants to get their shot at being a star. For this reason, you have to stand out from the hundreds of people who will be auditioned that very day.

You must ensure that you arrive early for the movie audition. Most people will try to arrive right on time, but this will not give you sufficient time to get into character and to forget your nerves. Arriving late is absolutely out of the question. Try to get to the audition venue as early as you can. This will give you a chance to select a nice spot where you can sit on your own and rehearse your lies one more time as you get into character.

Lastly, remember that if you miss this movie casting call it is not the end of the world. Many actors did not get their big break on their first audition so you should not expect the same. Instead, remain hopeful and attend even more auditions. You should also ask the director why you did not get the part. Their positive criticism will make your performance better for subsequent auditions.
