I Remember My Santa Letter

By Aaron Vincett

It was Christmas morning and as a child I was so excited! When I opened my Christmas presents I KNEW that Santa had received my Santa letter. Santa brought me most of the things I had asked for in my Santa letter. As a child I had written my Santa letter in pencil or crayon to Santa Claus, signed my name, and addressed the letter to Santa Claus house at the North Pole and put it in the mailbox. Children back then never really knew if Santa received their Santa letter until Christmas Day.

Christmas time and writing a Santa letter brings cherished memories for many children around the world. Children all over the world write a Santa letter at Christmas time. They spend hours on their Santa letter deciding what to write, asking Santa for Christmas presents, and convincing Santa in their Santa letter that they, the children, have been GOOD enough to deserve those Christmas presents. Writing a Santa letter is a time-honored tradition that for many children signifies the beginning of the Christmas season.

Do you need a little advice about helping your child write a Santa letter? Just sit down with your child or children sometime before Christmas with paper, pencil, crayons, etc. and let your children use their imagination. Tell them they can address the letter to Santa Claus or Father Christmas and have them list a few favorite presents they would like in their Santa letter. Your child could also tell Santa if he/she has been GOOD this year and explain why, in their Santa letter. Then they can address the Santa letter to the North Pole, Santa Claus house, or just Claus house. Your children will be so excited as they drop their Santa letter in the mailbox!

Do you also need some help creating a "return" Santa letter? With new technology available, parents no longer have to stress about writing a Santa letter back to their child. No more letters with the wrong color of ink or worry about trying to make the Santa signature look authentic on the Santa letter. No more trying to find a postmark from the North Pole for your Santa letter. No more adding to your stress at Christmas time because of a letter! Now, you will be happy to know, their are online websites that will help you create the perfect Santa letter for your child. Just google "Santa letter" and you will find many sites that will help you design an authentic Santa letter. The letter you design will contain personal information about your child that you provide and will be postmarked from Santa himself at the North Pole. Each of your children that still believe in Santa Claus and love getting a Santa letter will be thrilled with their personalized letter from Santa at his workshop in the North Pole.

When your child writes a Santa letter usually their main goal is to tell Santa what presents they would like and to find out if they have made the "GOOD" list. A personalized Santa letter to your child will help them feel confident that Santa received their letter and yes, they are on the "GOOD" list. Enlisting help on a "Santa letter" website to create a personalized Santa letter for your children will guarantee you a more peaceful Christmas!
