Research has to continue to find out what the causes are and if anything can be done. Breakthroughs in knowledge and technology could be a long way off or just around the corner but in the meantime all we can do is make autistic people suffer minimally by educating other peers. Sometimes a full time carer needs to take a little time out for themselves and it is through charity work this is possible and means they can continue doing the great job they have done for a long time already.
