Get Your Overview Just For You On Strip Beer Pong Right Now

By Derek Reed

Strip beer pong is a game in which the losers often have as much fun as the winner, which is something that can't very well be said of many games. This popular form of jocular merrymaking has been growing in fame recently and is considered one of the premier ways to expend any extraneous and piled up quantities of inexpensive alcoholic beverages the host may find himself with.

This simple drinking game has, indeed, very humble origins as it frequently consists of nothing more than a table, a certain quantity of inexpensive plastic cups, and a larger quantity of inexpensive alcoholic beverage, most often beer.

The players are split up into teams, most often of two people per team, but frequently of three or four. What many people may not know is that there are no official rules for this game and that house rules can be innovative and refreshingly unique to any given venue of playing this game.

However, there are certain easily to identify steps in any such impromptu merriment. Each team will start out standing behind their carefully arranged cups filled with alcohol. These cups are most of ten arranged in a triangular fashion. Then, the teams will alternate taking shots at each other's cups attempting to make the ping pong ball land in a cup.

If it does land, the team whose cup it landed on must then consume the contents of such cup. It is important to note that some amount of preparation by carefully dusting the playing area and the ball beforehand can prevent an embarrassing interlude where the guests find their drinking hampered by unwanted dust bunnies.

The end game of this popular form of entertainment is a particularly tricky business to navigate as the game can end via several factors, the most important one being that the host runs out of beer, but if that is avoided, it can end when the winning team makes the shot into the last cup filled with alcohol. Under some house rules, the losing team can attempt to make in one shot the remaining cups filled with beer of the winning team.

As this particular form of carousal and merry making is geared specifically to attractive, younger, and alcohol loving crowd, it was not long before a version that involved removal of pieces of clothing was invented. Who exactly discovered this link between consumption of alcoholic beverages and spontaneous removal of clothing items is not known to history, but the many ways such link is used to day speak to his long lasting glory.

Accordingly, strip beer pong augments this popular game to include the provision whereupon the losing team removes an article of clothing of their choice after each cup is drained. While some people may expect such a game to be highly popular in warmer months of the year, winter time play may offer entertaining opportunities to extend the game.
