Good trade show booths are unique, interactive, affordable to maintain and are simple. The messages and the pictures in a booth should be as simple as possible. An interactive booth is one that has been constructed with the needs of the audience in mind.

It is hard to know the exact number of people who will visit a certain booth. If many people attend a certain trade show, then a booth featuring in such a show can have many visitors. So that one gets a higher number of visitors, one needs to use effective marketing techniques. There are different marketing techniques that can be used. The most effective technique is the one that is ideal for one's circumstances.

When erecting this kind of booth, the interests of the target audience should be taken into account. If the majority of people in an audience are farmers, one's booth should have farming themes. If such people are businessmen, business themes must be used. A booth that has pictures of different types of exotic domestic animals, organic and genetic varieties of edible plants and different brands of fertilizers will attract the interest of farmers. On the other hand, the booth having brochures containing information on investment strategies and online marketing will attract businessmen.

Incorporating brainy games and entertaining tests to be part of the activities inside a certain booth, will make the promoting activity to be very interactive. When the audience is involved through games, use of relevant themes and tests, the promotion activity will easily succeed. To enhance the entertainment value of a game, there should be a prize. A prize can be anything of value. If visitors are farmers, the prize can be a very healthy cow.

A unique stall will automatically stand out. To have a highly unique stall, there has to be a lot brainstorming. Brainstorming can be personal brainstorming or group brainstorming. Group brainstorming needs to involve every person who will be involved in selling the service or good in question. Ideas resulting from brainstorming must not be copied ideas. Copied ideas will derail any selling activity while original ideas will increase profits.

Pictures, illustrations and messages used should all be original and simple. A simple illustration will be understood within seconds while a complex illustration can at times not be understood. A simple original message will stick to the minds of potential customers.

The booth owner is the person responsible to make the booth to be among the best. Such a person also educates the audience about the product being marketed. Educating the audience will make the audience to know the benefits of the product being promoted and why the product is superior. The booth owner also facilitates tests and games designed to entertain the audience. Before the day of the trade show, a marketer should come up with a budget.

Good trade show booths are very effective in marketing will bad ones are a waste of resources. The good ones have unique themes, are interactive and are affordable to maintain. Themes used should be relevant and easy to understand.
